MacDaddy Gear Return & Refund Policy

Returns
All products are made to order, so we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please double-check sizing, colors, and designs before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at macdaddygear@gmail.com.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

• A photo of the damaged item,

• A photo of the packaging it arrived in (including the shipping label),

• Your order number.

This helps us verify that the damage occurred during production or shipping, not after delivery.

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges since every product is custom-made. Please place a new order if you’d like a different size or style.
