Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing.

International orders: 10–20 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, shipping method, and destination.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our facility.
Delays & Liability

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

MacDaddy Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking inquiries.
Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for reshipment costs if an incorrect address is provided.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
