MacDaddy Gear Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MacDaddy Gear! Below are the details of how we handle shipping and delivery for your orders.


Order Processing

  • All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).


Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times:

    • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing.

    • International orders: 10–20 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, shipping method, and destination.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our facility.


Delays & Liability

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • MacDaddy Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking inquiries.


Wrong Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for reshipment costs if an incorrect address is provided.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.


International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
